Develop and design all components of respective training programs including learning and performance objectives, participant and facilitator guides, role plays, participant exercises, videos, job aids and assessments.
Evaluate and build training strategies to include Team Training, Train-the-Trainers, Super User and on-going maintenance of training curriculum.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, client on-site, etc.
eLearning/Multi Media Development
Design training curricula in a manner appropriate to geographically dispersed workforce.
Vehicles include LMS (client or Incite Resources hosted), mobile/smartphone applications, webinars, podcasts, CD/DVD etc.
Customized web based training for self-paced or live, virtually delivery.
Revamp, enhance current content management system.
Marketing Focus
Develop product training programs focusing on product strategies and tactics to increase awareness and presence.
Determine the most effective approach to meet product learning needs.
Design, produce and fulfill highly effective marketing tools and training materials.
Project Management
Serve as Project Planners and oversee end to end project.
Provide direction and technology transfer to ensure self-reliance and long-term support capabilities.
